What the network has done
From our production system, as of 19 October 2026:
- 92 real estate podcasts launched for clients (each has published at least one episode).
- 2,304 episodes published on those shows.
- 2,447 guest appearances booked on them.
We don't track downloads, chart rankings or awards for client shows, so we don't make claims about them. For what clients say in their own words, read the client stories.
What it costs
Prices as listed on iconsofrealestate.com on 20 October 2026. The live pages are the final word.
- Launching a podcast: a one-time LaunchPad, QuickLaunch at $497 or ProLaunch at $997 (what each includes).
- Ongoing production: from $621 a month, billed every 28 days. It says "from" because the price rises with weekly episodes and add-ons (production page).

- Icons Lite: free. You apply to one podcast yourself.
- Icons Concierge: $87 a month for 2 guaranteed bookings a month.
- Icons Momentum: $165 a month for 4 guaranteed bookings every two months.
- Paid plans have a 7-day free trial. Every plan, including the free one, asks for payment details at sign-up.
- Guesting on the ICONS of Real Estate Podcast: free (apply here).
- Card fees: card payments carry a 3% fee; bank (ACH) payments don't.
The contract terms that matter
For podcast production clients. The full text is in our Terms of Service and your signed contract.
- Term: a 12-month rolling contract.
- Cancelling: 60 days' written notice. Episodes you've already recorded but we haven't produced yet are still completed, at no extra cost.
- Refunds: none. All payments are final, including for scheduled or partly completed services.
- Invoices: due within 7 days; a late payment costs $25.
- Reschedules: one free reschedule a month, then $25 each. Ask at least 24 hours ahead; a session missed without notice isn't rescheduled.
- Disputes: first by good-faith negotiation, then through Stripe before any court. Wyoming law applies.
What you do, and how long it takes
- Launch time: 4 to 6 weeks to go live.
- Your time: recording, and not much else. One hour a week is more than enough.
- Approval: you review and approve episodes before they're published.
- Ownership: you own your show. The name, the artwork, the episodes, the audience and the RSS feed are yours. We run it, you own it.
What we can't promise
A podcast doesn't guarantee listings, referrals or closings. The client stories on this site describe what happened for individual clients. They aren't typical results. They're selected stories, not every piece of feedback we get. How we collect and verify them.
